Unit Specifications:
  • High Flow H2S Scrubber: Features a pre-contact separation chamber, chemical contact chamber, and post-contact separation/discharge chamber.
  • Carbon Odor Control Unit Incorporates pre-contact separator, media contact chamber, and post-contact chamber.
Portable and Secure

Units are mounted on structural skids and secured on a 26 ft. trailer. All vent hoses are pressure tested and checked for connectivity and grounding.

Guidelines for H2Scrub

Directly add undiluted H2Scrub to the vent gas scrubber. Regular monitoring of H2S concentration, pH level, and gas flow rate is recommended to prevent breakthrough and ensure optimal performance.

Estimated Chemical Usage Efficiency

Theoretical gas scrubbing capacity of H2Scrub is 1.3 ml per 1 m³ of gas containing 100 ppmv H2S to neutralize pH.
